General
The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded with Forbidden . As soon as you place an order via the online store or by e-mail, you agree to these terms and conditions. Forbidden reserves the right to modify and/or expand these terms and conditions.
Privacy
Your personal data will be included in the Forbidden customer base . Forbidden will not provide data to third parties that jeopardize privacy.
Copyright
It is strictly forbidden to copy, publish, reproduce or otherwise use text and/or image material without written permission. In case of violation , Forbidden will be forced to take legal action.
Order and Agreement
You have the option to place an order via the online website. Make sure you fill it out completely and accurately. When you order a specially tailored product, your right to return will lapse, because you explicitly order Forbidden to produce the product. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if you do not meet the stipulated conditions.
Prices and Payment
The stated prices are in euros, including VAT and including shipping costs. Forbidden is not responsible for any printing errors on the website.
You can pay for the products on the website via iDeal or PayPal. Upon completion of payment, production will begin and your order will be processed. If payment has not been received by Forbidden after 5 days , a payment reminder will follow. After this you have 3 days to make the payment. If payment is not made after 8 days, the order will be cancelled.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, you are obliged to report this by e-mail to [email protected].
Shipping and Delivery
We use DHL for shipments (both national and international). All products are shipped with a Track & Trace code via a parcel service. Shipping costs are free for all packages in the Netherlands, but shipping costs are added for orders abroad. Shipment will start as soon as payment has been credited to Forbidden 's bank account . A shipping confirmation email will be sent at the time of shipment. Delivery takes place while stocks last. If a product is no longer in stock, you will be notified.
We aim to ship orders within 1 business day via DHL.
Discounted items are non-refundable at Forbidden .
Trial Period and Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance Selling Act (Article 7:5 of the Dutch Civil Code) you have the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within 14 working days without giving any reason, if it concerns a consumer purchase. This term starts at the time of delivery of the ordered products. If you want to return within this period, you must notify Forbidden by e-mail . Make sure you have a valid shipping receipt. The products must be returned in their original packaging (with accessories and any accompanying documentation) and in good condition. In the event of use or damage, the right of dissolution lapses. Forbidden will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment . Sending returned goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made jewellery.

Newsletter
When completing an order, all paying customers give permission to be included in the newsletter. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time.
Images and Specifications
Pictures and specifications on the Forbidden website regarding dimensions, colors, etc. are indicative and only approximate. They cannot be a reason for compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
